Cookie Policy
Last updated: September 7, 2026
This Cookie Policy explains how Frutnut ("we", "us") uses cookies and similar browser-storage technologies on frutnut.com. It sits alongside our Privacy Policy.
What Cookies Are
Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. "Local storage" is a related technology that stores a small value in your browser without sending it back to the server on every request. Both let a site remember things between visits.
What Frutnut Uses
Frutnut keeps its own use of this technology deliberately narrow:
- Umami — a privacy-focused analytics tool we self-host on our own server. Umami is cookieless by default: it reports aggregate visits and page views without setting a tracking cookie or building a profile of you across sites.
- Microsoft Clarity — records anonymized heatmaps and session replays so we can see how visitors use the site and fix confusing pages. Clarity may set cookies on your device; data is processed by Microsoft. See the Microsoft Privacy Statement.
- No advertising cookies. We do not set cookies to serve ads or sell your data.
Amazon Affiliate Cookies
When you click a "View on Amazon" link and go to Amazon.in, Amazon may set its own cookies to attribute any purchase back to us so we earn a commission at no extra cost to you. These are Amazon's cookies, governed by Amazon's own privacy and cookie policies, not ours. See our Affiliate Disclosure for how the program works.
Managing Cookies & Storage
You can block or delete cookies and clear local storage at any time through your browser settings. Blocking cookies does not break Frutnut, but it may affect other sites, including Amazon.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest revision.
